The 0.0.9 App Foundation gives third-party developers a small web-style application contract while keeping private keys and privileged wallet functions outside the app sandbox.

Version 1 is a bounded ZIP container. Path traversal, absolute paths, symlinks, unknown permissions and incompatible SDK versions are rejected.

Every privileged request is permission-checked by the host. Private-key access is not an SDK permission.
0.0.9 is the compatibility base.
Developer signatures, immutable Drive publication, QRX-Net discovery, public/decentralized App Directory, reputation/update metadata and Local/QRX Compute grants are intentionally 0.0.10 ecosystem capabilities.
Developer Mode
Load a development folder locally, iterate without rebuilding a package, but keep the same sandbox boundary.
